Senior DevOps Engineer

We are searching for an Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with extensive experience driving enterprise cloud transformation initiatives within a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). Specialized in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and automated DevOps frameworks using Microsoft Azure and GitHub Enterprise.

Establish GitHub Enterprise best practices including:

• Repository governance and branching strategies
• Actions runners (self-hosted and cloud-hosted)
• Reusable workflows and composite actions
• Security policies, code scanning, and Dependabot

Integrate Azure services such as:

• Azure Redhat Openshift
• Azure Functions
• Azure Key Vault
• Azure Monitor & Log Analytics

• Contract duration: Permanent
• Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, Monday to Friday)

Your responsibilities

• Maintenance and technical development public cloud Azure
• Development of infrastructure as code (IaC) & design infrastructure blueprints
• Development of IaC CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Action & Github Enterprise environent
• Enablement of development and deployment of cloud projects in Microsoft Azure
• Change, configuration, incident & problem management in context of an agile cloud setup
• Delivering input & metrics for SLA & Service Management (reports, improvements)
• Suggesting platform improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products
• Develop, improve and maintain monitoring solutions for solution teams
• Develop and maintain technical cloud service catalogs ( self service catalog ) for development teams
• Develop and maintain access management for development teams
• Standardize deployment patterns across application teams through reusable pipeline templates
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance guidance across DevOps teams
• Collaborate with architects, security, and platform engineering teams to ensure compliant cloud operations.

Required skills

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or other equivalent technical discipline
• Ready certified Azure Cloud Devops engineer
• Expert knowledge and experience in Azure technology and Github Enterprise
• Solid understanding Microsoft CAF Framework and azure project implementation task
• Ability to use a wide variety of devops technologies and cloud services
• Solid experience as a DevOps Enginee, including automation & configuration management
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure, platform and application requirements
• Familiar with agile methodologies (DevSecOps, Kanban, Scrum, Safe …)
• Infrastructure provisioning with devops tools for Azure, including patching repeatably task
• AI Knowledge in Github and agentic AI
• Knowledge of YAML, JSON in combination with API based provisioning and automation
• Experienced with Git based workflows & artefact repositories
• Scripting & automation skills (bash, python, ansible)
• Good understanding of Security standards & best practices (TLS, certificates, encryption, IAM, …)
• Experienced usage of system monitoring/logging/metrics & creation of dashboards.
