About the Company



Graphy SMA US is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director / Sr. Sales Manager with extensive experience in the orthodontic industry, specifically aligner sales, to lead commercial growth, education, and technology adoption across the United States. This role will serve as a strategic partner to orthodontists, distributors, schools, and universities, expanding market penetration, driving revenue growth, while positioning Graphy’s innovative aligner technology solutions as a market leader.

The ideal candidate combines proven orthodontic industry expertise with strong sales and business development capabilities, clinical credibility, and a passion for new and emerging orthodontic technologies.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
  • Lead the commercialization and adoption of Graphy’s aligner technologies throughout the U.S. market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), orthodontic service organizations (OSOs), and industry partners.
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and technology training programs for doctors, customers, and strategic business partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop educational programs, customer events, trade show strategies, and product launch initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to inform business strategy.
  • Partner with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Represent Graphy at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and support sales and business team members as the organization grows.
  • Provide leadership across commercial initiatives to align sales teams, drive accountability, and support business growth.
  • Support ongoing development through coaching, continuous learning, and process improvement initiatives.



Qualifications



  • Required: 7–10 years of preferred experience within the orthodontic or clear aligner industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an orthodontic, medical device, or technology environment.
  • Experience working directly with orthodontists and dental specialists.
  • Strong understanding of digital orthodontics, aligner therapy, and emerging dental technologies.
  • Experience presenting to clinicians, executive leadership teams, and large professional audiences.
