The Role –

We are seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager to guide their cloud platform, reliability engineering, and developer enablement efforts. In this role, you will balance people leadership with technical direction—coaching engineers, shaping cloud strategy, and partnering with C#/.NET development teams to accelerate reliable software delivery.

What you’ll do –

• Own the technical roadmap for Azure infrastructure, AKS clusters, Infrastructure as Code, and automated release systems.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing DevOps team, manage performance, lead hiring, and foster an inclusive, ownership-driven culture.
• Standardize CI/CD patterns using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize, and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Establish telemetry standards (metrics, logs, traces) and oversee blameless incident response using Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or Datadog.
• Design self-service platform tools and "golden paths" to reduce friction for software developers.

What you’ve done –

• Hands-on and leadership experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
• Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and Kubernetes tooling (Helm/Kustomize).
• Hands-on expertise of Terraform/OpenTofu, GitHub Actions, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Experience supporting C#/.NET microservices, proficiency in Python or Bash scripting, and solid foundation in cloud security and IAM.
• Bonus points if you’ve coded in C# in a past life!
