Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base + uncapped commission

Type: Full-time | Field-based | Local/Regional Territory

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're bringing a smarter pizza solution to upscale and boutique hotels — high-quality parbaked pizza that solves the real problems hotel kitchens face every day: labor, consistency, and speed. We're looking for a regional sales rep who already has roots in the local full-service and independent hotel community and is ready to turn those relationships into revenue.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with a brand that's moving fast and investing in the right people early.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and own a regional pipeline of full-service, upscale, and boutique/independent hotel accounts

- Sell directly to F&B Directors, Executive Chefs, and Food & Beverage Managers — the people who actually decide what goes on the menu

- Lead in-person kitchen tastings and product demos that convert interest into trial orders

- Manage the complete sales cycle from first introduction through onboarding and ongoing reorders

- Make regular account visits to strengthen relationships, grow order volume, and introduce new SKUs

- Represent the brand at local hospitality events, chef networking dinners, and industry associations

WHO YOU ARE

- 3–6 years in hotel F&B sales, hospitality account management, or food sales into the hotel channel

- You have real, warm relationships with F&B and culinary decision-makers at full-service and/or boutique hotels in this market — this is the single most important qualifier

- You understand the world your buyers live in: tight kitchen labor, inconsistent prep quality, the pressure to deliver a great guest experience on a managed cost-per-plate

- Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable being the person who builds the territory, not just works one

- Trustworthy, consistent, and present — upscale and independent hotels buy from people, not companies

- Based locally with a valid driver's license; comfortable being in market 4–5 days a week

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience selling food products (specialty, frozen, fresh, or broadline)

- Existing relationships at Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or Curio/Autograph-style properties, or with independent boutique operators

- Familiarity with hotel F&B amenity programs, banquet/catering menus, or outlet operations

WHAT WE OFFER

- $65,000–$80,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and existing network

- Uncapped commission — your earnings grow directly with your territory

- Mileage and travel reimbursement

- Direct line to founders and leadership; fast decisions, no red tape

- Real upside as we scale — the people who build this early will have a seat at the table

WHO WE ARE

Pizza Girl is an LA-born food brand that's rewriting the rules on what great pizza looks like in the hospitality space. We're not a big corp with a committee and a style guide — we're founders-at-the-table, move-fast, and genuinely obsessed with the product. Our parbaked pizza line is cracking open a channel that the hotel industry didn't know it needed, and we're growing fast because we're solving a real problem: incredible pizza, zero drama, every time. The right person joining us now won't just have a job — they'll have a front-row seat to building something, a direct line to the people who started it, an endless supply of really good pizza, with room to grow into something bigger as we do. If you're the kind of person who'd rather build than maintain, this is your moment.
