SummaryThe manufacturing Process Analyst II supports the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support the planning and tracking of manufacturing initiatives by analyzing schedules, milestones, and operational performance data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating manufacturing processes and workflows using production, quality, and efficiency metrics.
- Analyze production processes and performance data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop data-driven recommendations to improve safety, quality, productivity, waste reduction, cost control, and on-time production.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to management to help prioritize initiatives and adjust operational plans while minimizing production disruptions.
- Evaluate compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards and provide analytical support to management in addressing gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with training and quality teams to analyze process requirements and support the development, updating, and standardization of Work Instructions and Quality Assurance (WIQA) documentation.
- Operate manufacturing equipment on a limited, as-needed basis to evaluate process performance, validate improvement initiatives, and support data collection for analysis.
- Perform other analytical and process evaluation tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or expected graduation)
- 2-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Heat Treatment, Casting, and Melting Process preferred
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Knowledge in Safety
- Work safely and follow rules and guidelines for safe work
- Reporting to work on time and with a positive attitude
- Responsible for staying focused on tasks at hand
- Being responsible for work performance and completing tasks throughout the day
- Maintains a good working relationship with co-workers
- Support a positive and steady workflow through the company
- Works with a sense of urgency when needed
- Support, coach or mentor co-workers when needed

- Must be able to work in a hot environment
- Must be able to lift and move aluminum wheels of varying weight
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment when required
