Role Summary:

The Manager, Digital Transformation is responsible for leading and managing the Digital Transformation area, defining and driving the company’s digital strategy and innovation framework. The position will support the CIDTO and Top Management by coordinating digital initiatives, defining KPIs to measure digitalization adoption, and fostering a culture of innovation to enhance operational excellence and strategic alignment across business operations.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's business strategy, objectives and digital roadmap.
  • Lead cross-functional digital initiatives to drive process automation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Collaborate with Executive and Strategy Teams to ensure digital projects support long-term competitiveness and market resilience.
  • Coordinate with Business Process Improvement, IT/OT, and business areas to identify digitization opportunities and integrate solutions into workflows.
  • Establish methodologies, standards, and best practices (e.g., Agile, digital transformation frameworks) for managing digital projects.
  • Oversee the prioritization and execution of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of innovation by fostering adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, IoT) across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between business areas and IT/OT teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions.
  • Leverage predictive analytics to measure and report the impact of digital initiatives, forecasting benefits and risks.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity to embed security-by-design principles and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with external partners, startups, and vendors to co-create innovative solutions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate, setting clear objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional development.
  • Manage the Digital Transformation budget and resources, ensuring cost-effective execution of initiatives.
  • Represent the Digital Transformation function in strategic meetings, governance councils, and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Support change management and training efforts to drive digital literacy and solution adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., initiative impact, process cost reduction, employee proficiency) to evaluate digital transformation success.
  • Provide strategic input to IT/OT roadmaps, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
  • Support other departments by providing expertise on digital tools and methodologies to enhance operational outcomes.

Qualification & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Systems, Computer, or Electrical), Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering is preferred.


Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry or the Seamless Steel Pipe industry is desirable, with at least 5 years in digital transformation leadership, or relevant.
  • Experience deploying business applications such as ERPs, Human Capital Management, Payrolls, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
  • Experience deploying digital business solutions for different processes across the company.
  • Expertise in digital technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, IoT, cloud computing).
