We are looking for a dynamic Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Incubation Team at an in-house technology consultancy within a global consulting firm. You will play a key role in developing scalable Generative AI and multi-agent systems, transforming trusted data into intelligent action across Finance, Spend, People Solutions, and Analytics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and deploying AI and GenAI services from proof of concept to full enterprise production.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and model deployment workflows for scalable, secure AI systems.
• Implementing CI/CD and MLOps practices to automate model training, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and data scientists to translate concepts into technical specifications.
• Taking E2E ownership by leading the AI maintenance and Operations team (ca. 20-25% of your time) to ensure reliability, observability, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience engineering robust AI solutions with a proactive, problem-solving consultant mindset.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, and big data platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
• Familiarity with multi-agent or generative AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI) and SAP AI Core is a strong plus.

Must-Haves:

• Advanced coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java, along with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, MLFlow).
• Solid experience implementing CI/CD and MLOps pipelines in cloud environments (Azure ML, Databricks, AWS).
• Fluent English for daily communication.
