A confidential and rapidly growing infrastructure developer is seeking a VP, Warehouse, Engine Maintenance & Central Control Room Delivery to lead one of the most ambitious industrial operations programs currently underway in North America. This executive will be responsible for standing up and operating a 1-million-square-foot warehouse and engine maintenance facility while delivering a state-of-the-art Central Control Room through commissioning and handover to Operations.
This is not a traditional warehouse role and it is not a traditional construction role.
We're seeking a proven operational leader from the turbomachinery, power generation, rotating equipment, maintenance, or industrial services sectors who has built, scaled, and led complex service organizations and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the start-up, staffing, commissioning, and long-term operation of a 1M sq. ft. warehouse and engine maintenance facility.
- Establish and manage in-house repair and maintenance capabilities for gas turbines, large engines, and rotating equipment.
- Own warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, capital spares strategy, outage logistics, and repair shop performance.
- Deliver a Central Control Room complex through design coordination, fit-out, integration, commissioning, testing, and operational handover.
- Build and lead a high-performing organization across maintenance, engineering, logistics, warehouse, and operations functions.
- Manage the facility as a profit Center with full P&L accountability.
Requirements
- Executive-level leadership experience within turbomachinery services, power generation, rotating equipment, or industrial maintenance environments.
- Proven experience leading repair shops, overhaul depots, maintenance facilities, or service operations.
- Strong operational and commercial leadership with P&L responsibility.
- Experience with gas turbines, reciprocating engines, compressors, generators, or other critical rotating equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, capital spares, outage planning, and logistics operations.
- Experience standing up or significantly expanding industrial facilities.
- Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Hubbard, Texas daily.
