About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale applications using modern Java technologies and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications.
- Build scalable and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Create responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and release pipelines.
- Utilize AWS cloud services to build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, or similar.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Front-end development experience using Angular.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and best practices.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Cloud certifications or Java certifications are a plus.
