Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a capable and motivated Senior AI Engineer to join our team and take the lead on building advanced AI/ML models and GenAI-based solutions. This position presents a compelling chance to work across functional boundaries and craft innovative systems that address genuine business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out scalable AI/ML models and GenAI solutions within production settings
• Architect and maintain reliable ETL pipelines along with broader data workflows
• Build LLM-powered applications leveraging current-generation frameworks
• Utilize prompt engineering methods to enhance the quality of AI-generated results
• Launch models through APIs and connect them with enterprise-level systems
• Take full accountability across the process, spanning development, rollout, monitoring, and fine-tuning
• Work closely with teams across various functions to produce AI solutions that meet business needs

Requirements

• Between 5 and 8 years of overall IT background
• More than 5 years specifically dedicated to AI Engineering
• Solid programming capability in Python
• Direct, practical experience with ETL processes and data pipeline construction
• Background working with ML/DL frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Experience applying prompt engineering techniques and working hands-on with LLMs
• Familiarity with LLM-oriented frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face
• Practical exposure to cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Background using MLOps tooling, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow
• Strong track record in API development and deploying models into live use
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level to support effective communication

Nice to have

• Background working with RAG architectures and vector database systems
• Understanding of real-time or streaming data pipeline concepts
• Exposure to scalable system architecture and microservices design
• Working knowledge of Databricks and PySpark
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions and ETL pipeline development
