About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer / Analytics Engineer with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions. This role combines expertise in Power BI, data modeling, semantic layer design, dashboard development, and Azure data platforms to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise building executive dashboards, enterprise reporting solutions, Power BI semantic models, and scalable analytics platforms while partnering with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize Power BI Semantic Models, star schemas, and enterprise data models supporting self-service analytics.
• Develop advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, measures, and business metrics for reporting and analytics.
• Create interactive visualizations that drive strategic business decisions across multiple functional areas.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, PySpark, and SQL to support reporting needs.
• Develop Lakehouse and data warehouse solutions leveraging Azure Synapse, ADLS Gen2, Delta Lake, and Apache Iceberg.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, security, and compliance across reporting and analytics environments.
• Optimize Power BI performance through dataset design, query tuning, aggregations, and incremental refresh strategies.
• Support enterprise analytics initiatives, executive reporting programs, and KPI standardization efforts.
• Implement CI/CD and DataOps best practices for Power BI and analytics deployments.
• Mentor team members and establish reporting, visualization, and analytics best practices.

• Microsoft Power BI Certification and/or Azure Certifications.
• Experience supporting AI/ML reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Technical leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 87,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 150,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
