As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. This position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment to meet dynamic business needs while safeguarding system integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect various software components.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• Knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance optimization strategies.
