About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O/F&SCM) expertise to play a key role in a major ERP transformation initiative.

This position will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Shared Services, helping evaluate current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive the successful migration from a legacy Dynamics environment to D365.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with hands-on D365 experience and a proven track record of supporting ERP implementations, process re-engineering efforts, and organizational change.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Business Process Transformation

• Partner with business users and subject matter experts to understand current-state workflows and operational processes.
• Analyze and evaluate existing processes across Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, process controls, and system utilization.
• Document future-state workflows and support organizational change initiatives.

Drive D365 Finance & Operations Initiatives

• Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O/F&SCM).
• Serve as a key contributor to a large-scale ERP migration project from Dynamics AX/2012 to D365.
• Support business stakeholders through process redesign, system configuration discussions, testing, and user adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create process flows, business requirements documents, user stories, and testing documentation.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions and recommend best-practice approaches.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business leaders, end users, developers, and technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Support training initiatives and help drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

ERP Support & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with maintaining and improving existing business applications until the ERP implementation is completed.
• Investigate and resolve escalated application issues.
• Recommend long-term process and technology improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analysis, Business Process Engineering, or ERP-focused experience.
• Extensive experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O/F&SCM).
• Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant certifications and experience.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued, including:
• MB-310: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
• MB-330: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant

This is not a traditional support-focused Business Analyst position.

The primary focus is leveraging deep D365 Finance & Operations expertise to help lead a significant ERP modernization initiative. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence business processes, shape future-state workflows, and play a key role in a high-impact enterprise transformation.
