There is also a commercial element to the position. You'll be expected to recognise where additional services or improvements could benefit a client and work alongside the wider team to develop those opportunities.

  • Keep visibility across projects, support services and consultancy activity
  • Identify potential delivery, technical or relationship issues before they become problems
  • Help customers understand progress, decisions, risks and recommended next steps

  • Participate in account reviews and strategic customer meetings
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions or introduce additional services
  • Support proposals, commercial discussions, renewals and statements of work
  • Ensure customer expectations are understood and delivered against internally

The role will involve knowledge around areas such as:

  • CRM platforms and business applications
  • Data structures and data management
  • APIs and system integration
  • Cloud technology

  • Reporting and analytics
  • Data security and governance
  • Software development and delivery

Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot would be useful, although experience with one particular product isn't essential.
