Job Summary:

Our Client is looking for a Scrum Master to support 2 global teams by facilitating Agile delivery, driving team effectiveness, and ensuring smooth execution of Scrum processes.

The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to remove impediments, improve team performance, and promote continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Ensure Scrum practices are followed consistently and effectively across both teams.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments impacting team delivery.
• Manage and coordinate dependencies between teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor sprint progress and proactively address risks and blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on retrospective outcomes.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and encourage self-organization and accountability.
• Provide transparency on team progress, risks, and delivery status through Agile tools and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills:

• 2-3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder interactions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments in a proactive manner.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• IT degree preferred, but not mandatory.
