Marketing Director

DAP Brands is looking for a high-level Marketing Director to lead strategy and execution across our growing ecosystem of brands.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage campaigns, wait for instructions, or hide behind reports.

What You’ll Do

You will help build the marketing engine.

In this role, you will:

- Build and execute marketing strategies that drive growth

- Turn vision into campaigns, funnels, and systems

- Identify leverage points that unlock scale

- Align content, media, and marketing activity toward revenue

- Use analytics and performance data to create clear feedback loops

- Move ideas from concept to execution quickly

- Drive alignment between leadership, product, and marketing

- You are both strategist and operator.

What We’re Looking For

The right person for this role:

- Has led marketing in a startup, high-growth company, or fast-moving environment

- Has built marketing systems from scratch

- Understands content, funnels, audience growth, and campaign execution

- Thinks strategically and operationally

- Moves quickly without sacrificing quality

- Communicates directly and takes ownership of outcomes

- You are a builder, not just a manager.

This Role Is Not For You If You:

- Only want to manage a team without executing

- Need slow approval processes to feel comfortable

- Avoid accountability when results are unclear

- Get stuck in analysis instead of action

- Want a safe, predictable corporate marketing role

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you will be expected to launch measurable marketing initiatives, improve lead flow and audience growth, create clear reporting tied to business outcomes, and bring strategic insights backed by data.

We are looking for someone who thinks in growth loops, not isolated campaigns.

Compensation & Growth

Salary Range: $100,000–$120,000 annually

This role includes competitive compensation aligned with impact, influence over brand growth and strategy, and the opportunity to build and lead a high-performance marketing team.
