Technical Delivery Manager (Data/Azure/Data integration)

We are currently looking for a Technical Delivery Manager (Data) to join a large state government department based in Brisbane CBD on a new program of work.

Contract Details

• 4 months + 12 month contract
• Brisbane CBD location (2 days WFH pw)
• Up to $151.51/inc super ph (OR $1212,08/day inc super based on 8 hours).

This role will be responsible for coordinating the technical delivery of the Intelligence Technology Project and ensuring the successful implementation of data, analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day coordination of technical workstreams, manage delivery dependencies across project and operational teams, and provide technical leadership to delivery resources.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Data & AI Architects, Data Analysts, engineers, vendors, and operational support teams to ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, architecture, quality standards, and business outcomes. The role acts as the key interface between project delivery teams and business-as-usual technology teams, supporting successful implementation, transition, and ongoing operational readiness.

Ideally You Will Have

• Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of complex enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, data warehouse, data platform, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing technical delivery across multidisciplinary teams, including architects, analysts, engineers, developers, vendors, and operational support personnel.
