The Data Program Manager will be responsible will lead the data workstream within the UK&I CIO Transformation, a strategic initiative to modernise and future-proof Intact’s Commercial Line/Specialty Line function.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the data workstream for the CL/SL Transformation programme, translating business challenges into clear, outcome-driven data strategies aligned with transformation goals.
- Scope Definition & Prioritisation: Collaborate with the Transformation team to define programme scope, break down complex initiatives into manageable components, and prioritise delivery based on business value.
- Incremental Delivery Planning: Define data initiatives and develop a clear integrated delivery plan ensuring business value is delivered incrementally against the milestones and outcomes.
- Data Programme Management: Own and manage the delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities across all data initiatives
- Proven experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes, within Commercial Lines (CL), or Specialty Lines (SL) insurance domains.
- Strong ability to translate complex business problems into structured data solutions and delivery plans.
- Deep understanding of modern data platforms and ecosystems, including Azure, Databricks, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
- Experience defining end-to-end data lifecycle (ingestion, transformation, storage, consumption).
