This is one of the most exciting 0-1 opportunities I've had this year and if you love the ownership that comes with growing out a new product this one is definitely for you.

Backed by some of the industries most successful venture funds my client is launching a new product with a material wedge targeting institutional capital allocators with some of the largest already signed as design partners.

How to take this product to market is where you're expertise comes in.

What you'd own

Customers

• Educating and winning the first institutional customers
• POC's, including how they get structured
• Negotiations with funds, trading firms, asset managers

Business

• The ICP, positioning, packaging and pricing
• The commercial model and how it evolves
• The team you hire as the business grows

Product

• Product enhancements based on real time feedback
• The design partner relationships
• Direction of where the product goes next

You'll succeed here if you have

• strong institutional and capital markets networks
• have sold products into funds, MM's, trading firms, exchanges, asset managers
• DeFi fluency, particularly at the institutional level
• taken an early product to market and shaped it around customer demand
• Got a desire to build an new business in a rapidly growing market
• Belief that Ethereum is the future of finance

This is a high ownership GM/Strategy type role working directly with the CEO and backed by one of the strongest engineering teams in the space and it sits squarely in the largest institutional ecosystem.

Comp range $200,000 - $250,000 + meaningful equity + bonus
