The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in complex software ecosystems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across diverse technical teams.
