Sr Databricks AI/ML Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Employment: W2 only (no C2C/1099) • Excellent benefits

We’re building real-world, production AI applications and looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with Databricks experience who can own end-to-end solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has built and deployed RAG-based applications (LLMs, vector DBs, etc.)
• Can design full AI workflows across Azure and/or Databricks
• Thrives turning business use cases into scalable AI solutions
• Wants to work on impact-driven, real-world problems (not just experiments)

if you bring solid cloud data experience (Azure, Snowflake, etc.) + deep ML expertise.

Pay range and compensation package:

• 175,000-200,000
