About The Role
As (Senior) Cloud DevOps Engineer you support and maintain our AWS infrastructure and delivery pipelines. You will work on day-to-day operational tasks, infrastructure updates, and monitoring -- building your cloud engineering foundations in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Jenkins pipelines to ensure reliable code deployments
- Apply incremental AWS infrastructure changes using Terraform under established patterns and conventions
- Monitor system performance via CloudWatch and Grafana; escalate anomalies promptly
- Ensure consistency and stability across development, staging, and production environments
- Keep infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and runbooks current as the system evolves
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a cloud or DevOps-related role
- Working knowledge of core AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, and security groups
- Ability to read, plan, and apply Terraform configurations safely
- Practical experience with Jenkins: triggering builds, reading logs, and understanding pipeline syntax
- Solid Linux fundamentals: command line, file management, and permissions
- Proficiency with Git workflows: branching, merging, and pull requests
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teammates
- Fluent English
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Exposure to containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting
- AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate)
