Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Co-Founder role based in Nederland, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business strategy, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to the development of products or services. The Co-Founder will participate in sales and marketing efforts, cultivate partnerships, and engage directly with customers and stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing basic operations, setting performance goals, and collaborating on budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. Co-founders are expected to contribute to building a strong company culture and to share accountability for long-term growth and sustainability.
