Technical Lead

Are you excited about building the next generation of AI-powered solutions? We’re looking for an AI Tech Lead who enjoys solving complex problems, leading technical teams, and turning ideas into real-world AI products.

In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of our AI projects, work with talented teams, and bring innovative AI solutions from concept to production.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and guide Agile teams delivering AI-powered applications
• Drive technical decisions, solution design, and architecture discussions
• Build scalable AI solutions using technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and vector databases
• Work with AI platforms including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and business teams
• Support engineering best practices through code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance
• Improve AI solutions in areas such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Explore new AI technologies and identify opportunities to create business impact

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading technical teams and delivering software solutions
• Strong software engineering and system design experience
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions, Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG
• Experience working with cloud AI platforms and modern development practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business teams

• MCP or AI tool integration frameworks
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, Azure AI Search)
• MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, AI observability, or responsible AI practices
