Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer – 12 Month Contract- 650

We are working with a growing HealthTech company that is looking to add a Senior Data Engineer to its data engineering team on a 12-month contract.

Rate: €650 per day

Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week

Location: Dublim

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on building and improving scalable data pipelines across the Azure data platform. You’ll work closely with engineering leads and wider teams in Ireland and the US to deliver reliable, maintainable data solutions in a production environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Azure Databricks and PySpark experience
• Azure Data Lake and ADF / orchestration tools
• SQL and Python
• Event-based or streaming ingestion using Event Hub, Kafka, or similar
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modelling, and distributed data processing
• Experience working with production-grade data platforms
