Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an AI-Powered CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Consulting Services team.

In this role, you will design and execute intelligent, customer marketing campaigns using AI-powered CRM platforms. By leveraging predictive analytics, AI-generated content, and machine learning, you will create highly personalized customer journeys that enhance engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and deliver measurable business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & AI Optimization

• Plan and launch AI-optimized customer engagement campaigns.
• Use predictive analytics to identify high-value customer segments.
• Automate campaign scheduling and delivery timing with AI recommendations.
• Design customer journeys with AI-driven personalization.

Intelligent Content & Communication

• Create audience-focused copy, supported by AI writing tools.
• Use generative AI to produce and refine customer communications.
• Ensure consistent, personalized messaging across all touchpoints.
• A/B test content variations with AI-powered analytics.

Data-Driven Strategy & Insights

• Implement segmentation for hyper-targeted campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance with real-time dashboards.
• Extract actionable insights from predictive models and data analytics.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years in CRM consulting, digital marketing, or customer transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• CRM platform certifications or AI/ML courses (valued but not required).
• Track record building and executing marketing campaigns at scale.
• Experience with marketing automation and personalization engines.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and customer data platforms.
• Expert in customer segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing tech stack integration.
• Basic SQL or data querying skills.
• Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
