About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center
The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Since May 2024, we operate as a separate company based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 100 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.
About the Role
The Reporting / FP&A Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial and operational reporting and analysis to support business decision-making across the organization. The role focuses on management reporting, planning support, data quality, and reporting process optimization within the controlling and FP&A environment.
This position plays a key role in transforming reporting and FP&A capabilities by improving the standards, strengthening data accuracy across systems and reporting tools, and driving the redesign, automation, and AI-enabled enhancement of reporting solutions to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The Reporting / FP&A Specialist partners closely with finance, controlling, and business stakeholders to develop modern, standardized, data-driven, and technology-enabled reporting capabilities that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance standardized operational analytics and reports across supported countries and business units
- Support the transition of the defined activities from local organizations into the centralized support model, ensuring process stabilization, knowledge transfer, and standardization
- Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, inconsistencies, automation opportunities, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP systems, reporting platforms, planning tools, and integrated data environments
- Perform data validation, systems reconciliation, and root cause analysis to improve the reliability and transparency of financial and operational reporting
- Lead the redesign and transformation of the processes and deliverables, focusing on automation, AI-enabled solutions, simplification, standardization, scalability, and continuous enhancement of the support model
- Identify, evaluate, and support implementation of AI and digital solutions to optimize reporting, forecasting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities
- Design, develop, and enhance dashboards, automated reports, and visualization tools using Power BI and other reporting platforms
- Collaborate with finance, controlling, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and technology-driven reporting solutions
- Support month-end reporting and planning activities in close cooperation with finance and controlling teams
- Develop and maintain reporting documentation, reporting logic, data definitions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
- Support cross-functional initiatives, business transformation projects, and continuous optimization activities aimed at building a modern, best-in-class FP&A and reporting support model
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience (6–7 in FP&A/reporting/controlling/analytics), ideally SSC/BSC
- Strong expertise in reporting, planning, forecasting, and performance management in international setups
- Experience with SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC)
- Advanced Excel and data skills (automation, modelling, large datasets; SQL/VBA a plus)
- Proven track record in reporting transformation, automation, and cross-functional project delivery
- Practical knowledge of automation and analytics tools such as SQL, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, and similar technologies used to streamline and industrialize reporting processes
- Strong exposure to reporting transformation, process redesign, standardization, and automation initiatives within finance, controlling, or FP&A environments
- Experience in managing and delivering cross-functional projects, including transformation, system implementation, reporting redesign, and process optimization initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement opportunities for automation, process simplification, and scalability, particularly in transitioning or centralized service delivery models
- Familiarity with AI, digital finance solutions, and process optimization; strong data accuracy focus
