3DExperience Application Support (ITAR)

Job Description:

1. Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment.

2. Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.

3. Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.

4. Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.

5. Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.

6. Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.

7. Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.

8. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,500 to $1,50,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
