Senior AI Engineer with .NET

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with .NET to join our team focused on developing AI agents along with the backend and frontend for related applications. With 20+ agents launched, we accelerate innovation across critical industries. You'll work in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment, taking projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents and platform components
• Development of developer tooling, CI/CD and observability for safe, fast iteration
• Application of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Use of current LLM patterns such as RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use and evals to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Skills in full-stack development
• Background in building AI agents with TypeScript, .NET or Go
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems or OpenSearch
• Expertise in ML training, deployment and monitoring
• Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning and model adaptation
