AI Delivery Lead

Title: Senior AI Delivery Lead / AI Program Delivery Manager

Location: Wichita, KS

Onsite: 5 days a week onsite

Duration: permanent

Salary: $160K

Must-haves:

• 6+ years of experience leading AI initiatives

• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions from ideation through production deployment

• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts and technical solutions to non-technical business stakeholders

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams across business, engineering, security, infrastructure, and data science organizations

• Experience managing priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms in AWS and/or Azure

• Highly organized and structured approach to delivery and execution

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and roadmap development experience

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive results

Plusses:

• Manufacturing industry experience

• Experience helping define enterprise AI strategy and governance frameworks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI enablement initiatives

• Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles and experimentation processes

• Knowledge of AI architecture, model deployment patterns, and production AI environments

• Experience assessing AI use cases and determining business value opportunities

• Responsible AI knowledge including explainability, governance, and risk mitigation

• Experience driving operational efficiency or quality improvement initiatives through AI solutions

Day to day:

Insight Global is looking for an AI Delivery Leader to drive the successful execution of enterprise AI initiatives from discovery and prioritization through deployment and adoption. This person will partner closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, engineering, security, infrastructure, and data science teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, develop delivery roadmaps, manage program execution, and ensure measurable business outcomes. They will help shape AI strategy, establish governance processes, prioritize initiatives, communicate progress to leadership, and ensure AI investments drive operational efficiency and quality improvements across the organization.
