Senior Data Scientist

About the Team

We are a 40-person AI Engineering team turning business ideas into scalable data and AI products. Our mission is to build advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI as core capabilities, delivering value across global markets. We work in an international, agile, interdisciplinary squads using cutting-edge cloud technologies to create real business impact.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and deliver advanced models (regression, classification, clustering)
• Lead end-to-end solutions, including deep learning and reinforcement learning
• Drive feature engineering and model optimization
• Ensure high-quality data processing and apply advanced techniques (e.g., Monte Carlo, SHAP)
• Lead complex, statistics-driven projects
• Build and scale Python-based solutions (incl. notebook environments)
• Automate workflows in Linux (shell scripting, Git)
• Design robust software architectures (functional & object-oriented)
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize performance
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for business use cases
• Develop LLM-based applications (e.g., copilots, chatbots, summarization tools)
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques
• Evaluate and optimize model outputs (human-in-the-loop & automated methods)

Our requirements:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Science
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and mentor others
• Strong expertise in ML/AI (incl. LLMs, GenAI, neural networks, forecasting, etc.)
• Advanced Python skills and experience with key libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, MLflow)
• Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and software design principles
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Git, CI/CD
• Understanding of GDPR, IT security, and ethical AI
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and team orientation
• Fluent English, very good Polish language skills
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
