Corporate Sales Account Manager

We are Nova - the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece - and we are driven by a young, dynamic, and fast-paced team. Right now, we are looking for a vibrant and strategic Corporate Sales Account Manager to join our successful Corporate Sales division.

You have a challenging mission:

You will be at the forefront of our B2B growth. Your goal is to foster strong relationships with corporate clients, anticipate their tech needs, and expand our reach by providing tailored solutions for their ever-evolving technological demands. You’ll drive sales targets, manage key accounts, and champion our most innovative products and services.

What You Will do:

• Drive Growth: Own and exceed sales targets through direct sales channels, focusing on generating new business while growing existing key accounts.
• Build Partnerships: Develop trusting, long-term relationships with corporate clients and deliver high standards of customer services.
• Provide Solutions: Identify clients' IT operating models and continuously propose the most suitable telecom and tech solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead Proposals: Take charge of RFP (Request for Proposal) preparation and submission.
• Stay Ahead: Rapidly assess the IT implications of telecoms business strategies and stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends.
• Manage the Pipeline: Provide accurate reporting on ongoing sales opportunities and ensure the timely delivery of products and services

It would be great if you have:

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a relevant B2B sales position.
• Education: A university degree in Business Administration or a related field (a postgraduate degree is a strong plus!).
• Skills: Excellent command of the English language and strong PC skills.
• Mindset: A collaborative, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and high attention to detail.
• Strengths: Clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for technology and digital trends.
