Job Title: HR Analyst

Job Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM

Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR analyst who can turn people data into business insights and help leaders make smarter workforce decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze headcount, attrition, hiring, compensation, attendance & workforce trends.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, MIS and business reports.
• Track recruitment metrics — TAT, funnel, source effectiveness, offer-to-join, hiring cost.
• Identify trends, gaps and root causes and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support workforce planning, budgeting and compensation analysis.
• Automate repetitive reports and improve HR data quality & processes.
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, Finance and business leaders to solve people-related business problems.

What You Bring

• 5–9 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / HR MIS.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Understanding of core HR metrics and processes.
