Opportunity Overview
The PLM Data Analyst will manage and maintain the engineering data within Teamcenter, ensuring accurate configuration, documentation, and change control for mobile industrial robot products. This role focuses on BOM configuration, engineering change order (ECO/ECN) execution, part number creation and modification, and technical data requirements review to meet engineering, manufacturing, and compliance needs across the product lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain product master data, part numbers, BOMs, product structures, and engineering documentation within the PLM system.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across PLM, ERP, and related business systems.
- Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through the review, release, and implementation process.
- Analyze product and engineering data to generate reports, dashboards, and metrics that support business decisions.
- Conduct data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality product information.
- Develop and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management processes.
- Assist with PLM system enhancements, data migrations, testing, and user support.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and user training materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams to support master data management for current/new product development and operational activities
- BS or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related).
- Knowledge or work experience in Teamcenter, engineering documentation, BOM, or configuration control is a plus
- Working experience or involvement in any part of an ECO/ECN process, BOM structures, and part lifecycle management.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills for cross-functional engagement.
- Experience in Data management (Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, Power tools, Sharepoint, Jira) and automation is highly appreciated
- Exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, or compliance documentation.
- Experience working in cross-functional or global engineering environments.
