CRM Solutions Specialist – Salesforce & Power BI

We are looking for a CRM Solutions Specialist with strong technical expertise in Salesforce, Power

BI, SQL, and backend reporting. This role will be responsible for translating business reporting

requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-quality BI solutions while supporting CRM data and

reporting optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI

integrations.

• Support the setup and maintenance of BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with

company data sources.

• Collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts and Report Analysts to improve data schemas, data

flows, and reporting performance.

• Gather, document, and maintain business and technical reporting requirements.

• Analyze existing reports and implement standardized, efficient reporting solutions across the

organization.

• Perform backend data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate,

reliable, and high-quality reporting.

• Maintain technical documentation, data flows, and reporting specifications.

Technical Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools, particularly the Microsoft BI

stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSMS).

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and reporting.

• Strong experience with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization.

• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage.

• Advanced T-SQL skills, including CTEs, MERGE, query optimization, and complex data

transformations.

• Strong understanding of database operations, data architecture, and performance

optimization.

• At least 4 years of experience in C# programming or .NET development.

• Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

• Amenable to working on a night shift
