🚀 We’re Hiring: BI Developer!


Are you a data expert who loves turning complex, raw data into actionable business impact? We are a well-funded, high-growth global B2C startup building data-driven products in fast-moving, competitive markets. We’re looking for a hands-on, end-to-end BI Developer to take full ownership of our analytical data layer and BI capabilities!

This is not just a "dashboard-only" role — you’ll shape our data architecture, analytical models, metrics, and BI ecosystem from the ground up.


🌟 What You’ll Do:

  • Data & Analytics Engineering: Build and maintain analytical data models, transformations, and scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using SQL and dbt.
  • BI & Insights: Develop intuitive dashboards, establish core KPIs, and translate business requirements into strategic, actionable insights.
  • Integrations: Integrate data from APIs, SDKs, marketing tools, and high-volume external platforms.
  • Business Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to track key metrics (funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, ROAS, revenue).


🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in BI Development, Analytics Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Top-notch SQL skills: Complex transformations, data modeling, optimization, and analytical queries.
  • Modern Data Stack Experience: Hands-on experience with dbt, data warehousing (GCP / BigQuery highly preferred), semantic layers, and dashboard tools.
  • Experience working with high-volume transactional data, marketing analytics, attribution, or consumer platforms (B2C / Mobile Apps).
  • Knowledge of Python, data orchestration, or AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Cursor) — a strong plus!
  • Excellent English and strong cross-functional communication skills.
