What You Will Do
Predictive Modeling and Advanced Analytics Development
- Design, develop, and validate statistical and machine learning models (e.g., forecasting, classification, optimization) to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Build and deploy predictive models and analytics pipelines into production environments using cloud-based and enterprise platforms.
- Implement and manage model lifecycle practices, including versioning, monitoring, retraining, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders across Business Intelligence, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and IT functions to translate business challenges into analytical and predictive solutions.
- Ensure analytical solutions comply with enterprise data governance, security, and documentation standards.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve model performance, and elevate predictive analytics capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with business partners across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and other functions to communicate analytical findings, forecasts, and recommendations through dashboards, visualizations, and compelling data storytelling tailored to non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, machine learning, or a related analytical role.
- Strong expertise in statistical forecasting and demand planning methodologies, including hierarchical forecasting models, intermittent demand forecasting, forecast bias and coverage metrics, and other advanced forecasting performance measures beyond MAPE.
- Strong experience working with enterprise data sources, particularly SAP and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Python and cloud-based analytics platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Experience with Databricks is a plus.
- Solid understanding of machine learning model development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English is required.
