We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!


The Role

• Conduct statistical analyses using extensive longitudinal data, employing established and innovative methods to derive key insights.

• Contribute to the development of new services and products, leveraging expertise to create value for clients.

• Manage projects and collaborate closely with clients and partners to ensure successful outcomes.

• Prepare customized client reports, presentations, and workshops, effectively communicating analytical findings.

• Provide solution-oriented consulting and handle client inquiries, including the creation of tailored proposals.


What You'll Need

• A university degree in economics, social sciences, natural sciences, health economics, public health, or a related field with a strong statistical or analytical background.

• A meticulous approach to work, high-quality standards, and a focus on client satisfaction.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level) for clear presentation of complex information.

• Strong data affinity, advanced analytical skills, and ideally experience with Python and/or statistical software (R, Stata, SAS, etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with the German healthcare market.
