- Design, evaluate, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomic data, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics frameworks
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor
- Translate sophisticated data findings into clear, meaningful outputs for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to data governance frameworks that uphold the highest standards of accuracy and compliance in regulated environments
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful scientific or clinical insights
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable navigating the complexity of multi-source healthcare data
- Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical data work and clinical or research audiences
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI model training workflows or large language model (LLM) development
- Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
- Experience working within HIPAA-compliant or similarly regulated data environments
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
