Work with Industry-Leading Equipment

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing some of the most recognised brands in the commercial catering sector, including:

• Merrychef high-speed ovens
• Convotherm combi ovens
• Inducs induction cooking systems
• Delfield refrigeration equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repair and fault diagnosis of commercial catering equipment.
• Deliver high levels of customer service across a varied customer base.
• Complete service reports and documentation using mobile service management systems.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

About You

• You will ideally possess:
• Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer.
• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 qualifications (essential).
• Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Experience using ServiceMax, Joblogic, ServiceM8 or similar field service software.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

This role is focused on the London region; therefore, applicants must be comfortable travelling throughout London and the surrounding areas on a regular basis.
