This position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating advanced technologies into practical applications, fostering innovation, and supporting data-driven strategies across various business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative data science methodologies to enhance business processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to build their capabilities and foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Competence in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Science.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
