Senior Biostatistician

Seeking several Senior / Principal statisticians to join the fast developing European team of a mid-sized CRO.

Over the last 18 months, my client have started building out their European biometrics team from scratch and have very exciting plans to continue expanding throughout the remainder of 2026 and going into next year.

We are looking for strong statisticians located in Poland, Bulgaria and the UK to work remotely. Excellent progression paths on offer as a result of the continued growth and flexible start dates offered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee biostatistical activities across clinical trial projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and providing technical guidance to the team.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, maintaining strong communication and addressing project-related queries and needs.
• Take ownership of project finances, including developing and reviewing budgets, cost estimates, and tracking financial performance.
• Participate in bid defense meetings, presenting biostatistical capabilities such as statistical programming and operational approaches.
• Act as the Biometrics representative in governance discussions, as well as during regulatory inspections and client audits.

Requirements:

• Statistics / Life Science related degree
• Proven track record of working as a biostatistician within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company
• Previous experience independently leading studies
• Sufficient experience using SAS and CDISC.
