What You'll Do
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Support Salesforce reporting, data maintenance, dashboard updates, and reporting requests.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
- Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by providing analytical and reporting assistance to Service, Sales, Parts, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Analyze business performance data and prepare findings for management review.
- Assist with project documentation, testing, implementation, and process tracking activities.
- Create data visualizations, reports, and presentations to communicate business performance and trends.
- Maintain reporting procedures, process documentation, and other business records.
- Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, finance, operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred.
- Basic understanding of business reporting, KPIs, and data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to data accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
