Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on developing intelligent solutions that enhance digital manufacturing, medical technology, and industrial innovation. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI models that solve real-world business and engineering challenges.

Working closely with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, you will help bring AI solutions from concept through to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build scalable AI solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Optimise model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Develop GenAI and LLM-based applications where relevant.
• Create data pipelines to support model training and inference.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve production AI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Contribute to AI best practices and technical standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and model deployment.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of computer vision or 3D data processing.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerisation technologies.
• Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
