Data Scientist

The Role

• Mentor teammates and develop advanced algorithms to address complex data challenges.

• Build predictive analytics and apply machine learning techniques.

• Automate analytic workflows and data frames for operational requirements.

• Communicate technical requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Turn complex datasets into actionable intelligence for informed decision-making.

• Utilize various tools and frameworks to extract insights from disparate data points.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, software engineering, data engineering, data science, or machine learning.

• Proven Python development experience.

• Experience briefing military leaders and officers.

• Experience with quantitative modeling and supervised/unsupervised machine learning algorithms.

• Ability to conduct technical requirements discussions with non-technical client SMEs.

• TS/SCI clearance required.
