💼 What You'll Do

🤝 Partner with Product teams to identify high-impact Machine Learning opportunities aligned with business goals.

📊 Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to engineer reliable features and build scalable data pipelines.

🤖 Build, Train, And Deploy ML Models For

• ❤️ Personalized recommendations & matchmaking
• 💰 Pricing and discount optimization
• 🎯 User discovery, ranking & recommendation systems
• 🛡️ Fraud detection and risk mitigation
• 📈 Churn, conversion & propensity prediction

⚙️ Collaborate with Engineering teams to productionize models using APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.

🧪 Design and analyze A/B experiments to validate product improvements.

📉 Monitor model performance, data drift, and business KPIs to ensure continuous optimization.

🎯 What We're Looking For

💼 3-7 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning within Consumer Internet or B2C Product companies.

🚀 Proven experience shipping 4-5 ML models into production end-to-end.

🧠 Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 of the following:

• ❤️ Recommendation Systems
• 🛡️ Fraud & Risk Detection
• 💰 Pricing & Optimization Models
• 📈 Churn & Propensity Modeling

💻 Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, along with Git, Docker & CI/CD.

☁️ Experience working with AWS/GCP, data warehouses (Redshift/BigQuery), and BI tools like Looker/Tableau.

🤖 Strong understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, Anomaly Detection, and User Profiling.

🗣️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights and influence stakeholders.
