What You'll Do

• Lead product costing activities and ensure accurate cost and profitability analysis across the business.
• Analyze production, inventory, capacity utilization, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, forecasts, and business scenarios to support strategic decisions.
• Create and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools to improve business insight.
• Partner with operations, production, and leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and inventory valuation initiatives.
• Help strengthen financial processes and lead finance workstreams during ERP implementation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with standard costing and activity-based costing methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.
