About the Opportunity

Our 2027 Graduate Program offers 9 different streams across the RACV business, giving you the chance to launch your career in the area that best matches your strengths and ambitions. For 2027, you can apply to any of the following streams:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy
  • Finance

Whichever stream you join, you'll gain hands-on experience across various areas of the business while developing your commercial, operational and analytical skills.

Throughout the program, you will:

  • Analyse data, identify trends and develop insights that inform sound business decisions
  • Support financial, commercial and operational performance — contributing to reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement and change initiatives that deliver better outcomes
  • Contribute to real projects and initiatives from early planning through to delivery, building capability in your chosen stream and across the wider business
  • Build relationships with teams across the business and communicate insights clearly to support better outcomes for our customers and members

What you’ll need to be successful:
