We’re partnering with a leading organization that is expanding its AI/ML team and looking for experienced Data Science / AI/ML professionals to join its Commercial business.

This is a leadership role focused on designing, developing, and applying AI/ML solutions that improve customer engagement, personalization, and business results.

Why This Role?

The team is looking for someone with 5+ years of Data Science / AI/ML experience who can go beyond building models and help turn AI into practical, scalable business solutions.

You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and help bring AI/ML use cases into production.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions
• Build predictive models for customer acquisition, upsell, retention, and churn
• Develop solutions for customer segmentation, propensity modeling, recommendations, and personalization
• Take models from data exploration and feature engineering through deployment and monitoring
• Identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve customer engagement and campaign performance
• Work with business and technology teams to turn business needs into AI/ML solutions
• Provide technical direction and guidance to Data Scientists / AI/ML professionals
• Help prioritize and deliver the team’s Data Science projects and initiatives
• Ensure models and scoring solutions are reliable, scalable, and continuously improved

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in professionals with:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
• Experience developing and deploying models, not just research or analysis
• Background in customer analytics, personalization, recommendations, propensity, churn, retention, or segmentation is a strong advantage
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or leading Data Science initiatives
• Strong understanding of statistics, data, and advanced analytics
• Ability to connect technical solutions with actual business outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
