About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions that drive better business decisions and operational performance.

In this role, you will work closely with business, strategy, technology, and data stakeholders to transform complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will leverage advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models, predictive analytics, and emerging AI technologies to create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning, AI & Advanced Analytics

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive models, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytics frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable machine learning algorithms and AI-driven solutions using Python and SQL.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Develop innovative solutions using emerging technologies, including Agentic AI and Generative AI.

Data Engineering & Production Delivery

• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and transformation workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Deliver scalable, automated, reliable, and production-ready analytical solutions.

Business Insights & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to support data quality, governance, and deployment standards.
• Maintain robust documentation for methodologies, models, testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and cloud technologies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building predictive models and working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of machine learning methodologies, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience developing and managing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Highly Desired

• Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and MLOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Postgraduate studies or certifications in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Technologies.
